1. Services Provided
OSM3 Technologies offers software development, mobile app development, website development, UI/UX design, digital transformation, and other IT-related services. Details of each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information required for the execution of projects. Failure to do so may result in project delays or additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
- All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
- Delayed payments may incur late fees.
- No project shall be launched live until full payment is received.
4. Intellectual Property
- The client retains ownership of any content, branding, or materials they provide.
- OSM3 Technologies retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or code snippets used unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
All project-related information shared by the client shall remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s written consent.
6. Use of Client Email Address
We collect client email addresses for the following purposes:
- Project-related communication
- Invoicing and payment confirmations
- Service updates, project status, and support
- Occasional updates on new services or features (you may opt-out at any time)
OSM3 Technologies will never sell, lease, or share your email address with third parties without your explicit consent.
7. Warranties & Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” While we strive to deliver error-free and high-quality results, OSM3 Technologies makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the functionality or performance of the final deliverable. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of US.
